Salary Range: $90,441 - $105,248

This role will be responsible for effectively managing a complex and extensive property portfolio, public land and all aspects of property and facilities management.
To be successful in this role you will have a proven ability to manage, develop and implement strategies ensuring maximum utilisation of Council's real property for the benefit of Council and our community.
You will possess a strategic mindset with a strong focus delivering key projects to achieve positive outcomes for the property and facilities function.

Tertiary qualifications in Business/Property Maintenance or extensive property and facilities management experience is essential including a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislations.
